Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update inventory records in the system accurately and timely.
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Prepare and verify documentation for incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and assist in cycle counts and annual inventory audits.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure proper stock flow.
  • Generate inventory reports and provide analysis to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all inventory processes.
  • Assist in resolving inventory-related issues and discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse administration.
  • Proficient in MS Office ( Excel Advance) and inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
