Job Description:

  • Execute procurement activities according to the company's purchasing plan, ensuring compliance with quality, quantity, and timeline requirements.
  • Responsible for issuing purchase orders, tracking order progress, and coordinating with suppliers regarding product quality and delivery schedules.
  • Manage and maintain production orders, providing timely updates and follow-ups on production progress, and giving feedback on any issues that arise during the production process.
  • Monitor and ensure the execution of procurement contracts to meet scheduled timelines.
  • Conduct strict quality reviews of purchased goods to ensure they meet company procurement standards.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues related to product usage or quality complaints.
  • Maintain and develop good relationships with suppliers to ensure stable supply and favorable business cooperation.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, merchandising, or supply chain management (experience in beauty industry, retail, manufacturing, or trading industry preferred).
  • Fluent in English — both written and spoken — is a must.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and production coordination.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems or procurement software is a plus.
  • Proactive, responsible, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
