Job Function:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels in Arabic and English.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and process improvement.
  • Meet performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in any major preferable Arabic.
  • Previous experience in customer service or contact center is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support platforms is a plus.
  • Willing to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
