Responsibilities
  • Human Resources
    • Improve and update HR data management systems for enhanced efficiency.
    • Communicate and implement HR policies to foster positive employee relations.
    • Handle HR administration: healthcare coordination, reference letters, permits/visas, and labor compliance.
  • Training & Development
    • Lead comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees.
    • Manage internal/external training administration: applications, venues, payments, materials, and budgets.
    • Evaluate training programs to meet current and future business requirements.
    • Maintain accurate employee training records.
  • General Administration
    • Coordinate business travel arrangements (tickets, accommodation, transportation).
    • Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, and asset management.
    • Ensure transportation, accommodation, and meal availability for employees.
    • Handle administrative tasks, ERP purchase requisitions, and procurement support for HRGA needs.
    • Prepare Training and GA reports and presentations.
    • Carry out any other HR and GA-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years experiences as HRD & GA Staff
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with independent work capability.
  • Familiarity with office management, facilities, housekeeping.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal.
