Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Manager in F&B or Retail industry.
Proven experience handling multi-site development or rollout projects.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, F&B equipment layouts, and kitchen design is a must.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to be based in office Malang and travel as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of multiple F&B outlet development projects across regions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Operations, Procurement, Legal, Marketing) to ensure timely project delivery.
Oversee construction timelines, budgeting, and vendor performance.
Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and brand standards.
Review and validate technical drawings, layout plans, MEP requirements, and kitchen equipment specs.
Manage project documentation, progress reports, and risk assessments.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and operational bottlenecks.
