Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Manager in F&B or Retail industry.
  • Proven experience handling multi-site development or rollout projects.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, F&B equipment layouts, and kitchen design is a must.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to be based in office Malang and travel as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of multiple F&B outlet development projects across regions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Operations, Procurement, Legal, Marketing) to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Oversee construction timelines, budgeting, and vendor performance.
  • Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and brand standards.
  • Review and validate technical drawings, layout plans, MEP requirements, and kitchen equipment specs.
  • Manage project documentation, progress reports, and risk assessments.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
  • Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and operational bottlenecks.
