- Responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of a wide range of events. This role requires a strategic thinker who is highly organized and deeply committed to compliance and ethical standards.
- End-to-End Event Management: Lead the full lifecycle of event planning, including conceptualization, budgeting, vendor selection, logistical coordination, and on-site management.
- Strategic Alignment: Work closely with commercial, medical, and other cross-functional teams to ensure all events are directly aligned with our strategic business objectives, brand messaging, and patient-centric focus.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and a high-quality attendee experience.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop detailed event budgets and drive outcome-driven investments
- Innovation & Impact Measurement: Bring a creative and innovative mindset to event design, continuously seeking new ways to enhance engagement and deliver value. You will be responsible for defining and measuring event success, capturing feedback, and reporting on key performance indicators
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 Years and above. Proven experience in event management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Should be experienced in event management (not only project management or related roles like procurement), as we want the candidate to be able to hit the ground running. Not 100% necessary for pharma experience, but it would be valuable to have or to have worked in a highly regulated field.
