Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing communication campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Support digital initiatives such as social media content, KOL coordination, PR activities, and campaigns (ads, EDMs, banners).
  • Coordinate offline activities including POP material requests, store branding, in-mall promotions, and SMS blasts.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to produce marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Help ensure consistent messaging across all communication platforms.
  • Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and assist in performance reporting.
  • Maintain documentation, briefs, and assist in budget tracking and vendor invoicing.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to support campaign planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in marketing or a similar role (retail or tech industry preferred).
  • Familiarity with digital and offline marketing channels.
  • Experience coordinating with agencies, vendors, or influencers is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
