Job Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an HCBP, HRBP, or in Organizational Development.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management.
- Good understanding of Indonesian Labor Law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Collaborating with Directorate and Division Leaders to shape and execute impactful HR and organizational development initiatives, including:
- Organizational design and structure.
- Manpower planning & talent fulfillment.
- Employee mapping, development, and performance management aligned with internal policies and labor regulations.
- Designing competency development programs that align with current and future business goals.
