Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an HCBP, HRBP, or in Organizational Development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian Labor Law.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Descriptions:

Collaborating with Directorate and Division Leaders to shape and execute impactful HR and organizational development initiatives, including:

  • Organizational design and structure.
  • Manpower planning & talent fulfillment.
  • Employee mapping, development, and performance management aligned with internal policies and labor regulations.
  • Designing competency development programs that align with current and future business goals.
