We help companies across Indonesia manage their human resources more efficiently through modern, cross-platform applications featuring HR, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, BPJS, PPh21, and more.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Mobile App Developer who is passionate about creating impactful applications and eager to contribute to the development of a large-scale HRIS platform used by thousands of employees nationwide.

Your Role

As a Mobile App Developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining our product solutions using Flutter-Dart (for iOS, Android, and Web). You will also collaborate on backend development using and PostgreSQL to ensure a robust, scalable, and seamless application experience.

You'll work closely with the UI/UX, QA, and Product teams to deliver high-quality software that meets user and business needs.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter-Dart (iOS, Android, Web).
  • Collaborate with designers, QA, and product teams to enhance UX/UI and feature quality.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that meets performance and scalability standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize app performance across multiple devices.
  • Participate in feature improvements, maintenance, and version updates for our system solutions.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile app development using Flutter-Dart.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and system integration.
  • Familiar with Figma, Jira, and Git (GitHub/GitLab).
  • Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, UX/UI principles, and development best practices.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
