OneEntry is an international B2B SaaS platform that combines a Headless CMS, Headless e-commerce, and a ready-to-use backend with built-in business logic ). Our solution enables companies to rapidly build and scale digital products without relying on a patchwork of tools and plugins. We are entering the Indonesian market and are looking for a pioneer who will lead this expansion.

Role Description

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager who will build and lead our business in Indonesia from the ground up. You will be the key person responsible for OneEntry's success in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market and scaling strategy for the Indonesian market
  • Lead proactive identification, engagement, and negotiation processes with core customer groups, including digital agencies, emerging DTC brands, SMEs, and enterprise-level organizations
  • Conduct market analysis, identify customer and competitor needs, shape the marketing strategy, and manage communication channels to strengthen brand presence
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, meetups, and events, and actively build a professional network
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure the product fits local market requirements as much as possible

Our expectations (Education, Experience, Skills)

Education

  • Preferably a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field

Experience & Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in selling B2B SaaS solutions or complex IT products in the Indonesian market
  • Understanding of the technology stack (CMS, e-commerce, API) and the ability to confidently discuss technical details with CTOs and technical leaders
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher) for communication with the headquarters
  • Strong skills in negotiation, presentations, and public speaking

Networking

Deep integration into the local ecosystem and a wide, proven professional network:

  • Personal relationships with founders and leaders of tech startups (including those backed by funds such as East Ventures, AC Ventures, Intudo Ventures) and venture capital firms
  • Strong connections with owners and directors of digital and marketing agencies, which are one of our key sales channels
  • Understanding of the specific needs and challenges of growing DTC brands and e-commerce companies in Indonesia
