Main Responsibilities:

  • Offer advice and recommendations to the board of directors.
  • Ensure that the organization's strategic plans are effectively executed and that progress is being made towards achieving the desired outcomes.
  • Involve overseeing specific branch/divisions/team, and ensuring that day‑to‑day operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the Principal on operational aspects.
  • Coordinate with local agents for effective vessel operations.
  • Develop and finalize the stowage plan for efficient cargo loading and unloading.
  • Measure and assess productivity according to the type of cargo handled, ensuring optimal operation.
  • Take responsibility for the preparation of EPDA (Estimated Port Dues and Additional charges).
  • Responsible for preparing PKKA (Port and Terminal Handling Agreements).
  • Prepare daily reports for each vessel & provide necessary recommendations.

General Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
  • Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
  • Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
  • Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum ANT II certification (Assistant Nautical Officer Level II), or equivalent maritime qualifications.
  • Years of experience in the logistics, maritime, or transportation industry, with at least 3‑5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • In‑depth understanding of vessel operations, cargo handling, and maritime logistics.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage daily operations within the logistics division, focusing on vessel and cargo operations.
  • Ability to adapt to challenges in both maritime and logistics environments.

  • Strong track record in developing procurement strategies, vendor management, and cost optimization at a corporate or regional level.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large procurement budgets and negotiating high‑value, complex contracts.
  • Deep knowledge of procurement regulations, compliance standards, contract law, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with digital procurement systems (e.g., ERP, VMS, e‑Procurement tools) and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with proven ability to lead cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
