Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in HR, Management, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience : Fresh graduates are welcome; internship/experience in recruitment, HR, market research, or sales is a plus.
  • Strong communication and learning skills, result-oriented.
  • Good analytical and research ability.
  • Able to work under pressure with strong execution capability.
  • Proficiency in English or Bahasa Indonesia; good Mandarin is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening : Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, database, social media, industry network, etc.), Conduct CV screening and assess candidate's suitability against job requirements.
  • Talent Pool Development : Build and maintain talent mapping and candidate database for targeted industries, Continuously track industry professionals for future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Engagement : Conduct initial communication with candidates to confirm career interest and job fit, Present qualified candidates to consultants or project managers.
  • Market & Industry Research : Collect and analyze industry information and competitor activities, Monitor talent movement trends and provide insights for consultants.
  • Recruitment Project Support : Assist consultants in managing recruitment process: interview arrangement, feedback follow-up, etc, Ensure candidate data is complete, accurate, and well-documented.
