Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager position located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client portfolios, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing tailored financial advice. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, monitoring market trends, and ensuring optimal product utilisation to meet client goals. The Account Manager will also handle client queries, provide regular updates on financial products, and assist with any issues related to client accounts.
Qualifications
- Client management and relationship-building skills
- Possessing a minimum of three years of experience
in the financial services sector is a plus,
along with a comprehensive understanding of over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives - Proficiency in market analysis and trend monitoring
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated to meet both individual and team objectives.
