The role
This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Sayap Biru Ekspres' as a Business Development professional. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding the company's customer base in the Jakarta region. This full-time role will see you engage with prospective clients, identify new market opportunities, and contribute to the strategic direction of the sales and marketing function.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and other business development activities
- Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to present the company's services and solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective campaigns to generate new leads
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales pipeline activity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs
- Support the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in a new business development or sales role, preferably in the
Sales
industry - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities to secure new business
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful sales and marketing campaigns
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as
New Business Development - Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
