Job Description:
We are looking for an HR & GA Staff who will be responsible for managing human resources functions and general affairs within the company. This position will play a key role in supporting company operations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and creating a productive and comfortable work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for new employees.
- Manage employee administration (attendance, contracts, employee data, etc.).
- Administer payroll, BPJS, and employee benefits.
- Develop and update company policies related to HR & GA.
- Manage general affairs such as office facilities, company vehicles, licensing, and logistics needs.
- Handle expatriate documentation and permits (RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, and extensions).
- Maintain industrial relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support internal company activities such as training, gatherings, and other events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR & GA (preferably from a similar industry).
- Good knowledge of Indonesian labor law and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
