Responsibilities:

  • Create and simulate visual merchandising displays to promote products, create themes and prepare the materials according to the event calendar
  • Control stock display (e.g price tag, hanging bag, acrilic) and store display, including but not limited to: in-store display, marketing elements, storefront display, store layout
  • Providing training and direction for the operational team to improve their abilities and knowledge about fashion trends
  • Manage budgets for visual merchandising projects to focus on cost effective yet impactful solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Interior Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fashion retail.
  • Strong visual skills, creative, and aware of design trends and appealing visual styles.
  • Skilled in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, or other 3D tools.
  • Able to create visual merchandising concepts that are attractive and on-brand.
  • Detail-oriented with good product placement analysis to help increase sales.
  • Knowledge of store layout, lighting, signage, and decorative props.
  • Good communication skills and able to work well with visual, marketing, and store teams.
  • Willing to travel for display setups at other branches if needed.
  • Able to meet deadlines, multitask, and manage several stores at once.
  • Good leadership and time management skills, especially when handling multiple areas.
