We are currently assisting one of our client, an IT Consulting company to search for a Solution Architect with expertise in Enterprise IT Solutions product to work in Jakarta Selatan area.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing strategic guidance and performance
coaching.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual
revenue targets.
Create and maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and individual coaching sessions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT solutions and services sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential enterprise clients.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align sales efforts with company
objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Manage and optimize the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience in IT solutions, services, or technology sectors.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales team leadership or management roles.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, cloud services, and digital transformation
technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
