Responsibilities
- Assist the baker in preparing batters and fillings
- Measure, mix, and portion ingredients according to recipes
- Help with decorating, assembling, and baked goods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area
- Check and store ingredients properly to maintain freshness
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are always followed
- Support daily production and assist with any other kitchen tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent)
- Preferably has experience in baking or pastry production
- Has basic knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Able to work neatly, cleanly, and quickly
- Willing to learn and follow kitchen instructions
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
- Willing to work on weekends, or public holidays if needed
