Responsibilities

  • Assist the baker in preparing batters and fillings
  • Measure, mix, and portion ingredients according to recipes
  • Help with decorating, assembling, and baked goods
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area
  • Check and store ingredients properly to maintain freshness
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are always followed
  • Support daily production and assist with any other kitchen tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent)
  • Preferably has experience in baking or pastry production
  • Has basic knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
  • Able to work neatly, cleanly, and quickly
  • Willing to learn and follow kitchen instructions
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
  • Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
  • Willing to work on weekends, or public holidays if needed
