The ideal candidate should be tech‑savvy with proficiency in Microsoft technologies and possess excellent command of English, either native or bilingual proficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics. Analyze data to identify market needs and opportunities.
- Gather market data efficiently from surveys, interviews, and online databases. Organize and maintain data using Microsoft tools.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations. Use Microsoft Office Suite for professional output.
- Oversee research projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.
- Perform financial analysis, including investment banking, balance sheet reviews, and profit/loss evaluations.
- Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in market research or a related field.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with online research methodologies and tools.
SALARY: 7 - 9 million IDR based on experience & test results (3 months probation period). Then, salary will be increased/adjusted based on work performance.
