Job Description

  • As the Strategy and Projects Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and driving strategic initiatives that enhance the operational efficiency and strategic direction of Ajaib.
  • You will work closely with senior leadership to identify strategic priorities, manage key projects, and develop comprehensive strategic frameworks to optimize our business operations.
  • This position requires a proactive mindset to lead various projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and business goals.
  • Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and iteratively refine processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, drive operational improvements, and effectively implement strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for the leadership team outlining project status, progress, and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying best practices for project management and execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or operations management, preferably in the fintech or tech sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including defining project scope, developing timelines, and managing resources effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative mindset with proven ability to work across various teams and build strong relationships.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can identify challenges and create strategic solutions.
  • A passion for fintech and understanding of investment products is a plus.
