Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment — from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new hires.
- Employee Lifecycle Support: Facilitate offboarding processes and provide consultations during resignation or other HR-related matters.
- HR Policy & Compliance: Support the development and implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company rules.
- Employee Relations: Advise and support employees on HR matters, and help maintain positive and constructive workplace relationships.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll processes, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan administration, and employee data updates.
- Performance & Development: Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support learning & development initiatives.
- HR Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, and prepare monthly/annual headcount and manpower reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with hands-on exposure to recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; high integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Willing to work full-time on-site at Head Office Mangga Dua, Central Jakarta, and provide support for factory operations when needed.
