Job Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of the hotel. This role requires a balance of strong business acumen, excellent guest service orientation, and people leadership. The GM will ensure the hotel consistently meets financial objectives while maintaining the highest levels of service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership and strategic direction to all hotel departments.
    Ensure excellence in guest experience, anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective sales, marketing, and yield management strategies.
  • Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Maintain compliance with company standards, brand identity, and service excellence.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring a motivated and high-performing team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, guests, partners, and the local community.
  • Ensure all facilities and services are maintained to the highest luxury standards.
  • Monitor industry trends and implement innovative strategies to keep the hotel competitive.

Requirements:

  • Education background in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive hotel management experience, with at least 3 years in a General Manager
  • Proven track record in delivering financial results and guest satisfaction in a 4-star environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
