Eat Pizza Indonesia, Korea's #1 viral pizza chain, is seeking a Admin Assistant (Korean Speaking) to join our fast-paced and innovative team
You will be responsible for handling a broad range of administrative and operational tasks, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, handling correspondence, administrative tasks, HR matters, presentations, external documents and assisting with special projects to free up your manager's time for more critical tasks. Alongside the above tasks, you will also provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports or documents, coordinating internal communications, and assisting with the smooth execution of team activities and company operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication: Handling correspondence, preparing reports, and managing information flow.
Project Support: Assisting with special projects and initiatives as directed by the management team.
Confidentiality: Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Administrative Tasks: Completing a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Reporting: Conducting research and preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Other tasks: Purchasing of items, handling insurance, payments, reimbursements and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* A keen eye for detail, meticulous and the ability to multitask/prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborative and the willingness to work as part of a dynamic team
* Hardworking, determined and respects confidentiality
* CAN-do mindset
* MUST be able to read and write Korean
* Full time commitment only
* Comfortable with staggered working hours and flexible timings
