Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Acquisition Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about digital marketing, partnerships, and growth. The primary focus will be to

publishers, driving revenue growth through both organic and paid acquisition channels. You also will work closely with the BD and AM team to maximize ROI.

Key responsibilities

:

  • Recruit mobile app traffic publishers across organic and paid channels to expand our publisher network.
  • Understand and implement growth plans to help mobile app traffic publishers succeed and increase their revenue potential.
  • Conduct market research to identify new publisher segments and acquisition opportunities.
  • Manage and support publishers to ensure their ongoing performance and contribution to business targets.
  • Cooperating with BD, AM and Optimization team to promote the effectiveness of each campaign.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Competencies:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or publisher acquisition, with a proven track record of building partnerships.
  • Having experience in recruiting and growing mobile app traffic publishers is a MUST
  • Have experience working with Global Publishers is a MUST
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English
  • Analytical Thinking: Proficient in analyzing data to track performance and identify trends.
  • Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and MMP Platform
  • Proactive & Results-Driven: Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel for work when needed and engage in long-term projects.
