The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the
Human Capital Management Division
in various HR-related activities. - Assist in the
recruitment process
: job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. - Manage
HR administration
, including attendance records, employee database, employment contracts, and document archiving. - Support
employee onboarding
to ensure a smooth adaptation process for new hires. - Contribute to
employee engagement initiatives
, such as satisfaction surveys, internal events, and internal communication. - Assist in documenting and monitoring
learning & development programs
. - Input and maintain employee data in
internal systems
, and prepare basic HR reports as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be domiciled in Bandung (applications from outside Bandung will not be considered)
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Graduates from
HR-related bootcamps
(Talent Acquisition, Human Capital, etc.) are also encouraged to apply. - Strong interest and motivation to build a career in the HR field.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to manage data effectively.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using
Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel/Sheets)
, and other digital tools. - Willing to commit to an internship program for a minimum of
3–6 months
