- Responsible in the development of market potential.

- Evaluate or review business monthly to distributors.
- Arrange rolling forecast.
- Lead and manage overall dealer sales operations across West Java, ensuring achievement of sales volume, market share, and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives and local market potential.
- Oversee dealer network performance, including sales achievement, stock management, marketing activities, and retail execution.
- Conduct regular dealer business reviews to identify opportunities, address challenges, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and customer behavior to formulate effective sales action plans.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, aftersales, and product teams to support promotions, product launches, and local activations.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to dealer sales teams to enhance performance and professionalism.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations to the Regional Manager and Head Office.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain a strong brand image across all dealer networks in the region.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets/performance by proper utilization of allocated resources and investments and responsible for market development, distribution and product penetration in respective areas.
- Build, develop, and strengthen distribution infrastructure includes define clear sales target both value and volume, monitor sales performance, and sales force headcount requirement in each distributor branch.
- Achieve distribution width/coverage by expanding to new geographies and new channel or customer opportunities within dedicated areas.
- Build strong partnership with potential customers and key stakeholders in respective areas includes maintain mutual collaboration with outlets (Medical/Drug stores, PBF/Wholesaler, Midwives/IBI, Local Key Account and Provision/General Trade Stores).
- Close monitoring and relationship with distributors and their manpower, with full quality ensured.
- Owns & drives all key sales initiatives originated by Region and Head Offices including ensuring all trade or consumer programs are being shared and implemented properly in each distributor branch.
- Manages all direct reports (DKT Sales Field Force) and distributor's sales force team includes set up sales target for each field team, review and monitor field team Fix Journey Plan (FJP) to improve coverage performance as well enhance team capabilities including product knowledge presentation, role play to key customers.
- Ensure and manage stock adequacy for monthly promotions, maintain service level performance to customers also new product launches by proper and right sales forecasting.
- Conducts regular mentoring and coaching for area sales team through regular joint visit to ensure team understandings and collect some market insights from customers and shoppers.
- Ensures that all field sales team members & distributors completely comply with the company's sales system & processes and follow ethical business practices.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma Degree, any field.
- Have at least 5 years working experience as ASM in the field of food service handling oil palm-based products (cooking oil, margarine, shortening, etc).
- Have good experience and knowledge of Local Distribution/food service in Bandung.
- Have at least 5 years working experience as Area Sales Manager in FMCG company, preferably in bottled and packaged water (AMDK).
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within the automotive, motorbike, or related industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing dealer networks or multi-branch sales operations.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
- Excellent understanding of the automotive retail and distribution landscape in West Java (familiar with Bandung and surrounding areas is preferred).
- Skilled in data-driven decision making, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel frequently within West Java (holding a valid SIM A is preferred).
- Target-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to fast-changing market conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's Degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in area sales/commercial, especially in OTC/Pharmaceutical industry and/or FMCG.
- Having strong experiences in managing distributor branches and sales force team.
- Result Driven and strong ability to identify problems & come up with hypotheses and solutions.
- Able to build and lead a team.
- Having a dynamic and agile personality.
- Proven interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate in written and spoken English & Bahasa.
- Willing to be placed anywhere or relocate.
