Visual Merchandiser
Responsibilities:
- Create and simulate visual merchandising displays to promote products, create themes and prepare the materials according to the event calendar.
- Control stock display (e.g., price tag, hanging bag, acrylic) and store display, including in‑store display, marketing elements, storefront display, and store layout.
- Provide training and direction for the operational team to improve their knowledge of fashion trends.
- Manage budgets for visual merchandising projects to focus on cost‑effective yet impactful solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Interior Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fashion retail.
- Strong visual skills, creativity, and awareness of design trends and appealing visual styles.
- Skilled in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, or other 3D tools.
- Able to create visual merchandising concepts that are attractive and on‑brand.
- Detail‑oriented with good product placement analysis to help increase sales.
- Knowledge of store layout, lighting, signage, and decorative props.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with visual, marketing, and store teams.
- Willing to travel for display setups at other branches if needed.
- Able to meet deadlines, multitask, and manage several stores at once.
- Good leadership and time‑management skills, especially when handling multiple areas.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Required languages: Bahasa Indonesia, English.
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Sales Supervisor in the Tobacco Industry or FMCG.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collect data related to geographical, cultural and demographic conditions (age range, profession, gender and culture) from the targeted sales area to market the product.
- Establish measurement targets for each salesman (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
- Discover new customers (Coverage Extensions).
- Update and leverage sales activity assistance sheets.
- Manage same‑day sales proceeds for each salesman.
- Facilitate field execution.
- Diagnose the operation of sales activities based on the plan and strengthen the salesman’s capabilities.
- Provide comprehensive status diagnosis & reporting (performance, field monitoring, collection of information).
- Carry out authorization functions in the sales area as regulated by the document of Authorization Level.
- Supervise all activities in the sales area so as to comply with the applicable procedures.
