QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law.
Holds a valid advocate license.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a lawyer or in corporate legal affairs (experience in a foreign manufacturing industry is an advantage).
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team, with strong communication and analytical skills.
Familiar with Indonesian legal system, especially Labor Law, Investment Law, Corporate Law, and Environmental Law.
Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and providing legal risk assessments for contracts and agreements.
Willing to be placed at South Jakarta Office.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Draft, review, and revise various contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Provide legal advice and consultation related to company operations, project investments, and contract execution.
Handle company legal matters such as establishment, merger, acquisition, and share subscription.
Coordinate with external law firms, arbitration bodies (e.g., BANI), and government institutions on legal issues.
Support the development of company policies, compliance systems, and risk control mechanisms.
Monitor and manage litigation and arbitration cases, prepare legal documentation, and develop response strategies.
Conduct internal legal training to enhance employees' compliance and legal awareness.
