QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Holds a valid advocate license.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a lawyer or in corporate legal affairs (experience in a foreign manufacturing industry is an advantage).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team, with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Familiar with Indonesian legal system, especially Labor Law, Investment Law, Corporate Law, and Environmental Law.
- Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and providing legal risk assessments for contracts and agreements.
- Willing to be placed at South Jakarta Office.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Draft, review, and revise various contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Provide legal advice and consultation related to company operations, project investments, and contract execution.
- Handle company legal matters such as establishment, merger, acquisition, and share subscription.
- Coordinate with external law firms, arbitration bodies (e.g., BANI), and government institutions on legal issues.
- Support the development of company policies, compliance systems, and risk control mechanisms.
- Monitor and manage litigation and arbitration cases, prepare legal documentation, and develop response strategies.
- Conduct internal legal training to enhance employees' compliance and legal awareness.
