**Role: FAT & Business Partner Specialist

Division: FAT - Shared Service

Location: hybrid working environtment

Position Objective

The specialist will ensure seamless financial reporting, maintain tax and regulatory compliance, manage audit documentation, and act as a pivotal business partner to harmonize back-office operations and facilitate cross-divisional needs and interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • FAT, Compliance & Investment Reporting:**

  • Prepare timely monthly/annual financial statements (PSAK compliant).

  • Manage and report all corporate taxes (e.g., PPh, VAT, CIT).
  • Support internal and external audits with comprehensive documentation.
  • Perform account reconciliations and expense management.
  • Develop financial models (e.g., forecasting, budgeting, sensitivity analysis) to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist preparation detailed investor reports and presentations on financial performance, projections, and operational metrics.

2. Business Operations & Administration:

  • Oversee general back-office administration, documentation, and filing (physical & digital).
  • Manage basic legal/compliance document upkeep (NIB, Tax IDs, e-Invoicing, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain FAT and operational SOPs for logistics transactions.

**3. Cross-Functional Liaison / Business

Partnering:**

  • Serve as the primary point of contact to consolidate operational challenges and needs from other departments (e.g., Operations, HR, Legal).
  • Bridge communication gaps between the Finance division and other functions to ensure policy alignment and operational flow.
  • Proactively propose process improvements to optimize cross-functional efficiency.

**Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in FAT roles, with proven experience in general administration, back-office support, or cross-functional coordination (highly preferred). Experience in logistics/multi-entity environment is a plus.

Skills:

  • Solid understanding of PSAK, Indonesian tax regulations, and DJP online systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Accurate, etc.).
  • Strong administrative and documentation management skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills (essential for the Business Partner role).
