Job Responsibilities
- Manage all sales administration documents, including price quotations, cooperation contracts, purchase orders (PO), invoices, and related archives.
- Support communication with B2B clients (local and international) for administrative needs, follow-ups, and order updates.
- Provide updates on client requirements and ensure all documents and order statuses are properly recorded.
- Prepare and update sales reports, order data, and client databases.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials, product catalogs, and supporting documents for negotiations.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and related departments to ensure orders meet specifications and delivery schedules.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Marketing or Management).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they possess strong communication and administrative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Skilled in basic content creation (photo/video editing) is a plus.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling a large volume of documents accurately.
Strong English proficiency, supported by a valid language certificate.
Proactive, target-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively across divisions.
