Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all sales administration documents, including price quotations, cooperation contracts, purchase orders (PO), invoices, and related archives.
  • Support communication with B2B clients (local and international) for administrative needs, follow-ups, and order updates.
  • Provide updates on client requirements and ensure all documents and order statuses are properly recorded.
  • Prepare and update sales reports, order data, and client databases.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials, product catalogs, and supporting documents for negotiations.
  • Coordinate with production, quality control, and related departments to ensure orders meet specifications and delivery schedules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Marketing or Management).

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they possess strong communication and administrative skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Skilled in basic content creation (photo/video editing) is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling a large volume of documents accurately.

  • Strong English proficiency, supported by a valid language certificate.

  • Proactive, target-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively across divisions.
