Role Description

  • Financial Management & Treasury

  • Manage and control the company's daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow to ensure fund availability and healthy liquidity.

  • Monitor cash and bank positions, and perform regular reconciliations.

  • Accounting & Financial Reporting

  • Oversee and lead the month-end and year-end closing processes in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Present internal financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to management.
  • Compile and distribute periodic financial reports (e.g., weekly reports) to relevant stakeholders, including company affiliates.
  • Ensure the completeness and validity of supporting documents (transaction receipts) for all financial activities.
  • Supervise operational cost control and ensure its recording is in accordance with budget allocations.

  • Tax Planning & Compliance

  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax efficiency in accordance with applicable regulations.

  • Ensure compliance and timeliness in reporting and payment of monthly and annual taxes.

  • Business & Financial Analysis (FP&A)

  • Conduct profitability analysis for products, services, or projects.

  • Perform cost structure and price analysis (cost analysis) as a strategic basis for customer pricing.
  • Analyze and monitor budget realization versus actuals.

  • Procurement & Contract Management

  • Oversee the procurement process, including the creation, analysis, and monitoring of Purchase Orders (PO).

  • Review agreement contracts with vendors, suppliers, or third parties to ensure alignment of payment terms and financial aspects.
  • Manage and maintain a structured filing system for all critical contracts and financial documents.

  • Personnel Administration & Payroll (HR Admin & Payroll)

  • Supervise the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy in salary, allowance, and deduction calculations.

  • Manage personnel administration, including attendance monitoring and employee work contract management (personal data, PKWT/PKWTT).
  • Manage social security administration (BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan), including participant registration and deactivation.

  • Corporate Support

  • Prepare and manage financial documentation required for corporate agendas, such as the General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS).
