Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Lead HR operations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Provide HR insights and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain positive employee relations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor representing the management's point of view.
  • Have a good initiative about HR Service Excellence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years in HR generalist roles, with 5+ years in a managerial or HRBP position.
  • Experience in agriculture or plantation industry preferred.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Excellence to operate HRIS, Microsoft office especially Excel.
  • Have a good communication in English.
