Key Responsibilities
- Partner with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Lead HR operations, performance management, and talent development.
- Provide HR insights and analytics to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain positive employee relations.
- Act as a trusted advisor representing the management's point of view.
- Have a good initiative about HR Service Excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years in HR generalist roles, with 5+ years in a managerial or HRBP position.
- Experience in agriculture or plantation industry preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Excellence to operate HRIS, Microsoft office especially Excel.
- Have a good communication in English.
