Finance Accounting Tax (FAT) Manager

About the role: At PT Makmur Berkah Amanda Tbk, we are looking for an experienced Finance Accounting Tax (FAT) Manager to join our team in Sidoarjo District, East Java. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial accounting and reporting processes, as well as managing the tax compliance requirements.

What you’ll be doing
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
  • Overseeing the implementation of accounting policies and procedures
  • Managing the company’s tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of tax returns
  • Providing financial analysis and insights to support decision‑making
  • Supervising and mentoring the finance and accounting team
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve financial processes and controls
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum of > 5 years of experience in a similar finance accounting tax management role, preferably in the Property industries
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial reporting standards and tax regulations
  • Have good understanding end to end process of finance, accounting & tax
  • Proficient in using accounting software
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage

Head of Finance Accounting Tax, Procurement, and IT

About the company: Our client is a leading EPC company located in East Java specializing in engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning projects for the oil and gas sector, with ISO and SKK MIGAS certifications.

About the role: The Head of FAT, Procurement, and IT will lead the company’s FAT, procurement, and IT functions to ensure strong financial governance, efficient resource management, and alignment with corporate strategy. This is a brand new role responsible for developing financial and procurement strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and safeguarding company data and systems.

Responsibilities Finance & Accounting
  • Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the company’s vision and business goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure the integrity and transparency of financial statements and fund management.
  • Manage financial and contractual risks related to EPC projects.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit standards, and other statutory requirements.
  • Serve as the main liaison with auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
Procurement
  • Direct and manage procurement of goods and services to support project and operational needs.
  • Develop internal procurement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and accountability.
  • Oversee supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Monitor purchasing performance and ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.
Information Technology
  • Develop short‑term and long‑term IT strategies to support business and project operations.
  • Oversee ERP systems, network infrastructure, and IT maintenance activities.
  • Ensure data security, cybersecurity, and information protection across all systems.
  • Manage IT budgets and resources to support business growth and digitalization initiatives.
  • Act as the key liaison between IT and other business units.
Qualifications
  • Willing to relocate to Sidoarjo (East Java)
  • Minimum 17 years of experience in FAT and Procurement, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in EPC / Oil / Mining / Energy industry is an advantage.
  • Previous experience working in a public accounting firm is a must
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Understanding of risk management, data protection, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
