Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Capacity Management:
Collect demand data for various vehicle models, plan production capacity, and formulate monthly/daily production plans. Coordinate delivery across stamping, welding, and painting processes, analyze factors affecting plan completion, and dynamically adjust schedules. - Material Demand & Procurement Planning:
Use ERP systems to create supplier material demand plans based on production schedules and inventory levels. Track delivery statuses to ensure material availability meets production and customer requirements. - Inventory & Procurement Coordination:
Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize inventory management, improve material turnover rates, reduce inventory costs, and drive processes for disposing of long aged or idle materials and handling defective products. - Abnormal Handling & Data Management: Resolve material abnormalities, maintain daily procurement data records, summarize reports, and archive documents. Support internal audits and business department reviews.
- Finished Goods Dispatch & Compliance:
Schedule finished goods shipments according to customer demands and production progress. Ensure logistics alignment with production timelines and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, with at least 5 years in workshop or plant management roles.
- Solid understanding of automotive production processes (OEM or key components), and familiarity with quality systems such as IATF16949 and ISO9001.
- Proven experience in implementing lean manufacturing, 5S, and TPM practices.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
