Blibli Private Label is part of Blibli Group — a subsidiary company operating in the private label industry. We design, develop, and deliver high-quality products that reflect Blibli's standards of trust, innovation, and care. Here, you'll turn market insights into products customers love, working closely with teams across merchandising, supply chain, and marketing to grow Blibli's own brand portfolio nationwide.

In Commercial, you'll help connect customers with the products and partners they love. Your work supports category growth, strengthens seller relationships, and create shopping experiences that are seamless, memorable, and keep customers coming back to Blibli.

As a Graphic Designer,
you'll be responsible for crafting visually engaging and brand-consistent designs across multiple digital and offline touchpoints. You'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Communication, and Digital teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals that drive engagement and strengthen brand identity. From concept to execution, you'll ensure every design aligns with strategic objectives and communicates effectively to the target audience.

What We'll Work on Together

  • Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and digital communication materials.
  • Design and refine visual concepts to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communication teams to translate campaign messages into compelling visuals.
  • Create engaging layouts and presentations using
    Adobe Photoshop
    ,
    Microsoft PowerPoint
    , and other design tools.
  • Produce motion graphics and multimedia content to enhance storytelling and digital engagement.
  • Support brand communication through thoughtful design that strengthens identity and visual impact.
  • Contribute to copywriting and content development for cohesive and visually aligned messaging.
  • Analyze trends in
    social media marketing
    and visual communication to keep designs current and competitive.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or creative production for brand and marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience executing brand and product campaigns, including launches, seasonal promotions, and high-visibility marketing pushes.
  • Strong Digital Imaging (DI) expertise, with advanced skills in Photoshop and Illustrator for retouching, cleanup, product enhancement, compositing, and layout design.
  • Basic proficiency in video editing (Premiere), motion graphics (After Effects), or 3D/product mockups.
  • Working knowledge of Figma to design web and landing page content and translate product messaging into clean visual layouts.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and able to maintain visual consistency across channels.
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset, with strong communication skills to work effectively across teams.
