About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager (Campaigns, Influencer & Content Activation), a creative, strategic, and hands-on leader who can shape how Bobo Tokyo engages audiences both online and offline.
You will own campaign creation, influencer strategy, partnerships, and brand activations that strengthen Bobo Tokyo's voice as a modern fashion destination.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of fashion, culture, and creativity, turning ideas into experiences that drive both buzz and sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaigns & Creative Marketing
- Lead 360° seasonal and brand campaigns from concept to execution.
- Translate collections and brand moments into compelling stories across all touchpoints.
- Manage timelines, creative production, and campaign performance.
Influencer & Creator Strategy
- Build and manage relationships with fashion influencers, creators, and stylists.
- Oversee influencer collaborations, from ideation to delivery and ROI tracking.
- Develop micro-influencer programs to expand organic reach and engagement.
PR & Brand Activations
- Plan and execute press events, store launches, and brand experiences.
- Collaborate with media partners and lifestyle brands for co-marketing opportunities.
- Strengthen Bobo Tokyo's visibility through earned media and cultural storytelling.
Content & Distribution
- Oversee creative content production (photo, video, short-form, editorial).
- Ensure brand consistency across digital channels, retail activations, and campaigns.
- Work closely with creative and e-commerce teams for seamless rollout.
Performance & Insights
- Define and monitor marketing KPIs (engagement, reach, sentiment, ROI).
- Translate data and feedback into actionable campaign improvements.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.
- Proven track record in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong network and knowledge of the KOL & PR ecosystem.
- Excellent understanding of social content trends (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Experience leading activations, PR events, and creative collaborations.
- Leadership mindset, capable of managing small internal teams and agencies.
- Creative thinker with strong execution discipline.
