Job Description

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define, develop, and maintain the brand identity, ensuring consistent tone, visuals, and messaging across all offline channels and retail environments.
  • Offline & Retail Campaign Management: Plan and execute ATL/BTL marketing campaigns, in-store activations, and event marketing to strengthen brand awareness and consumer engagement.
  • Retail Store Design & Visual Merchandising: Lead store concept design, POP displays, and visual merchandising standards to ensure cohesive brand expression and customer experience at retail points.
  • Vendor & Partner Marketing Management: Manage marketing collaborations with vendors, distributors, and retail partners; oversee co-branding programs and marketing material alignment.
  • Creative & Production Management: Supervise creative development for print, signage, and retail collaterals while ensuring brand consistency and cost efficiency across all executions.
  • Brand Research & Market Insights: Conduct market and consumer studies to assess brand perception, positioning effectiveness, and competitor benchmarks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Digital Marketing teams to align brand strategy, retail promotions, and online-offline customer experience for cohesive omnichannel execution.
  • Performance Measurement: Track key brand metrics such as awareness, foot traffic, store conversion, and campaign ROI to guide continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Design (Master's preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or retail marketing within consumer goods or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven experience managing vendor marketing, creative agencies, and offline brand campaigns.
  • Experience in retail store design or visual merchandising is strongly preferred.
  • Strong creative sensibility, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
