Job Summary
We are looking for a Learning & Development Senior Staff to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our Sales team. This role involves regular coaching, leading L&D initiatives, and monitoring training effectiveness through key performance indicators such as booking rate, transaction rate, and sales achievement.

Job Description

  • Learning & Development (Offline Sales and Telesales)

  • Conduct regular evaluations of L&D program effectiveness using KPIs such as booking rate, transaction rate, and sales achievement.

  • Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Provide regular coaching to Sales teams on skills development and performance consistency.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the effectiveness of L&D programs in improving Sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1).
  • 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, particularly in customer service/sales-related fields. Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to mentor and guide teams.

  • Good problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides).
