About the role
PT Imfarmind Farmasi Industri' is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor (Apoteker) to join our dynamic team in Pasuruan, East Java. This is a contract role, offering the chance to contribute to the pharmaceutical manufacturing operations of our growing company.
What you'll be doing
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day production activities to ensure efficient, safe and compliant manufacturing processes
- Monitor production workflows, identify and resolve issues, and implement process improvements
- Oversee the work of production teams, providing guidance, training and performance management
- Ensure production activities adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and engineering, to optimise operations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
- Assist in the development and implementation of production plans and schedules
What we're looking for
- Degree in Pharmacy with a valid Apoteker license
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a production supervisor or management role within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of managing production teams and driving operational excellence
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
