Job Description :
Handle Customer enquiries & complaints, follow up/update client case status
Establish and maintain relationship with Customers
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve Customer issues
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to Customers
Prepare accurate and timely reports
Gives the good quality of service to Customers
- Analyse, solve and report of technically problems
Requirements :
Good Appearance, excellent communication, creativity & interpersonal skills
At least 3 years of working experience as Technical Support Engineers, Customer Service,
Administration Engineering
Hardworking, able to work under pressure
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Engineering machine, industrial or equivalent from reputable University
5. *Fluent in English both oral and written*
