Responsibilities:
Design efficient and effective strategies aligned with company objectives.
Analyze problem statements within the division.
Develop brand awareness.
Analyze target markets (geography, demographics, behavior, interests).
Conduct analysis and competitive benchmarking.
Develop branding and marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, marketing strategies, and budgets across various channels.
Conduct weekly meetings and brainstorming sessions with team.
Conduct Weekly meeting with manager and all team leader in Purela as a marketing manager.
Arrange monthly report and budget.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3-6 years experience in Brand Activation or Marketing Communication.
Proven ability to manage a team effectively.
Ability in measuring and analyzing campaign effectiveness.
Skilled in creative, detail-oriented, possessing problem-solving, and multitasking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute effective creative strategies.
