Responsibilities:

  • Design efficient and effective strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Analyze problem statements within the division.

  • Develop brand awareness.

  • Analyze target markets (geography, demographics, behavior, interests).

  • Conduct analysis and competitive benchmarking.

  • Develop branding and marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.

  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, marketing strategies, and budgets across various channels.

  • Conduct weekly meetings and brainstorming sessions with team.

  • Conduct Weekly meeting with manager and all team leader in Purela as a marketing manager.

  • Arrange monthly report and budget.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3-6 years experience in Brand Activation or Marketing Communication.

  • Proven ability to manage a team effectively.

  • Ability in measuring and analyzing campaign effectiveness.

  • Skilled in creative, detail-oriented, possessing problem-solving, and multitasking.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to develop and execute effective creative strategies.
