Brand Manager is responsible to increase sales and brand awareness through effective marketing campaigns.
Working alongside Marketing team, brainstorming ideas on how to improve sales and meet brand marketing objectives. Reporting on marketing campaign results, keeping track of marketing trends and competitors' products, and using the data obtained to create effective strategies for the Brand. Using marketing and sales skills to boost products/services and engage customers/clients.
Responsibilities :
- Develop, present, and implement effective brand strategies
- Developing promotional strategies and campaigns for brand awareness
- Monitor marketing trends, industry, and competition and find/present new marketing opportunities.
- Work with Marketing Team on improving sales and reaching marketing goals
- Report on brand performance
Requirements :
- Familiar with the world or beauty and make up
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
- 3 years of experience as a Brand Manager (luxury cosmetic brand)
- Solid understanding of marketing trends practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Strong ability to analyze data, conduct in-depth research, and present creative ideas for brand marketing activities
- Good presentation skills
- Energetic and passion to teach and motivate people
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent to speak and written in English.
