Job Summary

Responsible for managing Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions in a high-class restaurant environment. Ensures accurate daily transactions, financial reporting, premium inventory control, and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and cost analysis (food cost, wine cost, beverage cost).


• Review monthly financial statements and outlet profitability.


• Oversee premium ingredient inventory (wine and imported items).


• Perform reconciliation for premium dine-in sales, tasting menus, and private events.


• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, Withholding Tax, service charge).


• Coordinate with Executive Chef, Restaurant Manager, Sommelier, and Purchasing.


• Lead the FAT team and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Tax; must have experience in fine dining, 5-star hotels, or luxury F&B.


• Strong knowledge of premium food cost, wine cost, service charge, and hospitality financial reports.


• Proficient in Excel and premium POS/accounting software.


• Detail-oriented, analytical, communicative, and high integrity.


• Active English proficiency required.
