Responsibilities :

  • Managing secretarial functions including scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.

Requirements :

  • Min. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in secretarial / office administration.
  • Have min. 7 years of working experience as a Secretary or similar administrative role in a corporate.
  • Experience of handling high-level executive support in Director level.
  • Have great planning ability, time management and organization skills.
  • High level of integrity and trust with confidential information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, willing to travel.
