Responsibilities :
- Managing secretarial functions including scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Requirements :
- Min. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in secretarial / office administration.
- Have min. 7 years of working experience as a Secretary or similar administrative role in a corporate.
- Experience of handling high-level executive support in Director level.
- Have great planning ability, time management and organization skills.
- High level of integrity and trust with confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, willing to travel.
