What You'll Do

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong recruitment and headhunting experience to help us scale our fast-growing global team. This role goes beyond filling roles, you'll act as a strategic hiring partner, shaping recruitment strategies, identifying top talent, and ensuring every hire aligns with GetFound's mission and culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and execute creative headhunting and sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent globally.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and hiring partners to ensure a positive experience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to track recruitment performance, conversion rates, and pipeline efficiency.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen GetFound's presence in the talent market.
  • Contribute to improving hiring systems, tools, and processes for scalability and excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in
    Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Headhunting
    , ideally in a fast-paced or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment funnels, and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you know how to build trust and rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Must be able to work from our office in Setiabudi, Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan (Fully-WFO).
