  • Provide Media mix recommendations based on the business, campaign objectives & managing media budgets
  • To Monitor campaign performance and reporting as per required cadence.
  • Provide Media landscape and the latest media trends update.
  • Support the planning manager for providing data, media plan, reporting, analysis, present recommendations/QBR/Annual Review to client on regular basis.
  • Use planning tools as needed to support the plans & campaign recommendation, including competitive analysis and audience insight.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as media planner
  • Media Strategy Development

  • Ability to develop media plans aligned with marketing objectives and target audiences.

  • Experience with cross-channel/integrated media (Digital,TV, print, OOH, radio).

  • Market & Audience Research

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate consumer behavior, audience insights, and market trends.

  • Familiarity with research tools (e.g., Nielsen, GWI, Roy Morgan, comScore).

  • Budget Management

  • Proficiency in media budget allocation, cost negotiation, and ROI tracking.

  • Media Buying Knowledge

  • Understanding of media buying mechanics and working with media buyers or vendors.
