We are looking for a dedicated, initiative, and knowledgeable Outlet Manager who understands all business operations from upstream to downstream. We need individuals who are ready to work effectively in a team and grow with the business towards multi-outlet expansion.
Job Description:
- Manage daily operations: Ensure all aspects of outlet operations run smoothly, including sales, customer service, and store cleanliness.
- Control and supervise stock: Coordinate with the kitchen, front and purchasing teams to ensure raw materials are always available and appropriate.
- Receiving goods and monitoring COGS: Supervise the flow of goods received from suppliers to distribution to the kitchen and warehouse, and control the use of raw materials to minimize waste.
- Team management: Lead, guide, and motivate the team to work optimally (kitchen & front team).
- Human Resource Development: Create a conducive work environment and help develop team skills to be ready for higher career levels.
- Report and Evaluation: Create daily and monthly sales reports, and provide insight to the owner regarding business performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Internal Audit: Check cleanliness, product quality, and SOP compliance for each shift.
Qualifications:
- Min. 4 years experience as Outlet Manager in F&B. (Understanding Yakiniku is preferred)
- Understand the F&B operational flow from receiving goods to sales.
- High enthusiasm for learning, good communication and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented, high initiative, and have a problem-solver spirit.
- Able to work in a fast and dynamic environment.
