Key Responsibilities
- Lead the national strategy for EV charging station setup and operations, ensuring alignment with business expansion goals.
- Oversee and provide direction to the regional Heads of Setup & Operation on project planning, execution, and performance.
- Ensure site surveys, layouts, and technical designs comply with electrical safety, fire prevention, and national standards.
- Manage contractor relationships and approve major construction contracts, pricing, and project negotiations.
- Supervise the end-to-end setup process including site handover, construction approvals, utility connections, and commissioning.
- Monitor project progress across Indonesia to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Establish governance frameworks for contract management, extensions, renewals, and operational agreements with partners.
- Ensure operational readiness of charging stations, including power purchase agreements and substation management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments (finance, legal, engineering, operations) to support smooth project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement for station upgrades, safety enhancements, and customer service quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory developments, and technology innovation in EV infrastructure and electrical engineering.
- Represent V-Green in key technical and governmental forums related to EV infrastructure development.
- Provide regular reporting on national project performance, risks, and opportunities to the CEO/Group Leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Management, or related field. Master's degree (MBA or Engineering Management) preferred.
- Minimum
12–15 years of experience
in infrastructure project management, electrical works, or energy sector development, with at least
5 years in a senior leadership role
. - Proven track record of overseeing large-scale infrastructure or energy projects in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of EV charging infrastructure, electrical safety standards, construction supervision, and contract governance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multi-regional technical teams.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian regulations related to electrical works, infrastructure projects, and real estate compliance.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project governance capabilities.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; ability to represent the company in national and international settings.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia.
