*key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting tasks: invoices, expense claims, payments
• Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting
• Handle tax filing and local compliance
• Coordinate office administration: documents, HR files, office supplies
• Providing HR support, including recruitment, on-boarding, and employee relations
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and HR regulations
• Support communication between local and regional teams (English/Mandarin)
*Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax & accounting compliance
• Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken & written)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, well-organized
