Role Description
We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to drive growth and revenue for our ERP solutions. As a BDR, you'll identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and showcase the value of our ERP systems to prospective customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ERP market
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase our ERP solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and meet revenue targets
Commission Structure

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the ERP industry
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their applications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with ERP solutions like Microsoft Dynamics and Sage X3 is a plus
